It’s Monday, May 21st and we are excited to give you a special podcast this week as a warm up for the Movement Festival<\/a>.\u00a0 Agony Forces<\/a>\u00a0is a Spanish \u00a0musical team from Santander in northern Spain set up by PEARL and Sharin. \u00a0They have been working together developing and refining their style since 2005.<\/p>\n

Heavily influenced by the sound of the British 90\u2032, these two artists combine unique electronic sounds with other harder and more profound elements, making their live performance one of the most powerful and dynamic in the current scene. \u00a0In 2007 they began performing at clubs and festivals in northern Spain, and at\u00a0Aquasella<\/a>\u00a0in 2009 where they shared the stage with some of the best national and international techno artists.<\/p>\n

This duo is recognized by well-known Spanish artists like Oscar Mulero<\/a> and Christian Wunsch<\/a>. \u00a0Their productions have been released internationally by renowned labels such as Tsunami Records<\/a>, Warm up<\/a> or Arms Recordings<\/a> (Audio Assault), where they shared work with artists such as Radial<\/a>, Grovskopa<\/a>, Luka Baumann<\/a> or Ben Gibson<\/a> among others.<\/p>\n

Besides their work in Agony Forces, both artists are involved in other avant-garde projects, making their work recognized in other areas outside the club circuit, opening their music up to other audiences. \u00a0Keep up with the work of Agony Forces on Beatport<\/a> & Soundcloud<\/a>.<\/p>\n
