For our 123 Blank Code podcast, it’s our pleasure to give you this recently recorded mix by Stroboscopic Artefacts<\/a> recording artist,\u00a0Donor<\/a>\u00a0“live @ Scene 14<\/a>.” \u00a0The Blank Code<\/a> series event took place on Saturday September 14th, 2013 @ The Works<\/a> in downtown Detroit. \u00a0Other artists that appeared on the event lineup included Pfirter<\/a>, Project 313<\/a>, Tom Newman<\/a>, Joel Morgan<\/a> and more.<\/p>\n

Greg Schappert aka Donor is a Dj\/Producer based out of Brooklyn, NY. \u00a0Having lived in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Tokyo and Brooklyn, where he\u00a0currently resides, Greg has acquired quite a few musical in\ufb02uences. However, it was the\u00a0mid to late 90\u2019s sounds of cities such as Birmingham and Detroit that laid the foundation\u00a0for what originally sparked Greg’s interest in electronic music and for what would later\u00a0in\ufb02uence his production. As a solo artist, Greg is currently working along side some of\u00a0the industries most in\ufb02uential labels; including Stroboscopic Artefacts<\/a>, Semantica\u00a0Records<\/a>, Perc Trax<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Prosthetic Pressings<\/a>. \u00a0Greg will also be appearing on an upcoming Blank Code record release: BCRLTD001 Altstadt Echo<\/a> – Railyard EP coming in December, 2013.<\/p>\n
