This week we have a special 4th of July Blank Code<\/a> Podcast from \u00a0Audio Injection<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Since he was first introduced to electronic music back in the early 90\u2019s, David Flores<\/a> aka\u00a0Audio Injection was hooked. \u00a0At the early age of 15 he started DJing and playing out at local underground events around Southern California where you could find him spinning various styles of electronic music ranging\u00a0from house, acid,\u00a0 and techno to hardcore techno.<\/p>\n

After years of DJing he learned to produce his own music, which has\u00a0landed him releases on techno labels such as Monoid<\/a>, Stimulus<\/a>, and\u00a0local label Droid<\/a> Recordings.\u00a0\u00a0 \ufeffSince 2003, through his close association with local event production group Droid Behavior,\u00a0Audio Injection\u00a0has\u00a0become a resident at the popular\u00a0Interface warehouse events as well as a regular producer for Droid Recordings.\u00a0 He has also played together with Drumcell at Berghain, Berlin<\/a> in 2010 & 2011 in addition to gigs in Athens, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, Wales, and various\u00a0events throughout the U.S. and Mexico.<\/p>\n

In early 2011 Audio Injection started a project called \u2018Truncate<\/a>\u2019 which focuses on the deeper, darker, and more raw side of techno.\u00a0 His Truncate releases have been getting support from big players such as\u00a0Ben Klock<\/a>, Marcel Dettmann<\/a>, Jonas Kopp<\/a>, Chris Liebing<\/a>, Speedy J<\/a>, Dvs1<\/a>, Luke Slater<\/a>, Ben Sims<\/a>, Silent Servant<\/a>, Technasia<\/a>, and many more.<\/p>\n

With releases & remixes on labels such as Droid<\/a>, CLR<\/a>, Electric Deluxe<\/a>, Sleaze<\/a>, BluFin<\/a>, Enemy<\/a>, Impact Mechanics<\/a>, Ground Factory<\/a> and many more, Audio Injection continues to shape his own sound as well as collaborating with Drumcell to release more mind bending techno, putting Los Angeles & Droid Recordings\u00a0on the techno map.<\/p>\n
